Contracts have been exchanged on BCIstudio’s three new luxury properties at Swan Place, Woking. Interest in the properties was exceptionally high and sales were completed in August despite uncertainty in the UK market and the usual summer slowdown.

Prices ranged from £895,000 to £1.195m with a GDV of £3.04m. BCI Studio proudly provided a turnkey development solution to AMCO Homes managing the design, planning and delivery stages.​
